Naeemah is a futurist and results-focused Certified Health and Wellness professional with 18 years of industry experience.
She is passionate about crossing the bridge from improving health to improving YOUR health.
She served as Regional Fitness Director, Club Manager and in Operations for National and International Fitness Brands. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Certified Behavior Change Specialist. Her value of Fitness Education is illustrated by her continued pursuit of knowledge through additional certifications, such as Precision Nutrition, Maternal Fitness (Pre/Post Natal), Kickboxing and USA Weightlifting Sports Performance.
Beginning Martial Arts at the age of four, Health and Fitness is truly in her DNA. She is now a 6th Degree Black Belt in Kung-Fu who studied Martial Arts in Shanghai, China and in Washington, DC through Dennis Brown Shaolin Wu Shu.
She developed her unique approach to fitness after years of one-on-one training with a wide population- from athletes to new mothers. Her approach was solidified after observations during her time staffed in the US Olympic Training Facilities in RIO for the 2016 Olympics.
A Maryland native, she enjoys discovering new spa experiences internationally, exploring the world’s museums and is an active member of The Reflections Church fellowship.

Andrew Watkins TSAC

His overarching training philosophy centers on empowering individuals to realize that they have the potential to cultivate the same skill sets and capabilities as professional athletes. This transformative mindset shift profoundly impacts their self-perception, resulting in remarkable improvements in their performance and results.
Andrew boasts a noteworthy background in competitive USA powerlifting, clinching three state titles and holding multiple state records. His accomplishments extend to achieving recognition as one of the country’s top lifters across various weight classes and divisions. His extensive expertise led him to develop an effective coaching system, instrumental in preparing numerous national and state champions.
Following valuable experiences working alongside international coaches, Andrew transitioned to the private sector, dedicating himself to refining his abilities while serving his personal clientele. He subsequently established multiple one-on-one training facilities, each focusing on distinct training modalities. His career path eventually led him to assume pivotal roles as the Head Strength Coach, General Manager, and Director of Strength & Conditioning at a privately funded sports training facility.
Andrew’s unwavering passion for the science of sports training continues to propel him forward in the field, earning him recognition in various publications and articles.
Andrew’s lifelong devotion to sports, encompassing disciplines such as track and field, football, jujitsu, boxing, and powerlifting, has fortified his commitment to continuous improvement. His decision to transition from competitive sports to coaching was driven by his profound desire to nurture athletes’ development. His guiding principle is clear: “If an individual commits fully, then as coaches, we must be equally dedicated, not for our own gain but for the individual’s growth.”
Distinguished athletes, ranging from professionals to Olympians, have actively sought Andrew’s expertise to advance their own development.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Andrew balances his professional pursuits with quality time spent among friends and family. Additionally, he has cultivated a deep appreciation for culinary experiences, considering himself a self-proclaimed food enthusiast. You’re likely to find him either in the kitchen or exploring new restaurants. His insatiable curiosity drives him to seek out new experiences and opportunities for learning, often with a book in close proximity.

Paige McRae CPT, PN1
Personal Trainer
As a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, Paige empowers busy professionals, stay-at-home moms, and clients of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their health goals and embrace harmony in their lives.
In 2017, Paige graduated from the University of Alabama as captain of the dance team with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and a Bachelors of Arts in Dance. Shortly thereafter, she also earned her Masters of Business Administration. Following her time at UA, Paige continued her love for dance by performing on cruise ships, regional holiday tours, and most recently, in the Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall.
Presently, Paige has coached hundreds of clients, collaborating with them to achieve balance, sustainability, and confidence in their daily wellness habits. She is ecstatic for the opportunity to expand her network with Club 300, supporting clients within the state-of the-art facility.
